A museum interpreter will lead you through the museum's period rooms and share stories of former residents: from the home’s original colonial-era builders, Benjamin and Sarah Hoyt; to tavern founders Timothy and Esther Keeler; to 19th-century residents Phillis DuBois and two generations of the Resseguie family; and, finally, to Cass and Julia Gilbert, who transformed the colonial-era property into a 20th-century summer residence with modern amenities.
Tickets include access to grounds and 45-minute guided museum tour.
For the safety of staff and visitors all tours are capped at 6 people and face masks are required inside the historic tavern.
